They are small and you cant leave stuff lying around but when in New York you're not there to stay in your room so it's fine. more on Agoda.com

You can take a downtown train line to east village and soho from there quite fast, or grab a taxi downtown straight down the fdr highway-you will be in east village or battery park within 10 minutes (if no traffic) more on Agoda.com
