quite good staff, but the problem of location

the location is quite far from the main street-5th or 6th st-and even it is too dark around the hotel.But I was so impressed with the kindness of staff. this hotel was the only bad experience when i went to NY the hotel is terrible the location is TERRIBLE is sooo far to downtown and we are not the only ones with complain almost avery guest had the same opinions and plus around is ery scary at night full of homeless seriously DONT STAY IN ... hannita_05, a user of Tripadvisor. wonderful stay

My visit was wonderful. The workers there were terrific, very friendly, and helpful. Even the maid on my floor was extremely friendly.
