When we tried to discuss the problem with the manager upon check out, honestly expecting some kind of compensation for the lack of an obviously necessary facility, two people from the hotel started yelling at us. more on Yahoo! Travel

We stayed in the magnificent Eddie Cantor room, 8th floor (three floors were added when the hotel was created), 700 mammoth square feet, terrific balcony view from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Chrysler Building! more on CitySearch
