Good things: The hotel is cheap, compared to other hostels in the area. The place is very convenient in the city, just two blocks away from line 1 on subway (103st stop). don't stay here. the beds are hard and petite (I am a young and small girl but this still bugged me) and the staff is unhelpful. the pictures on the web are not at all alike the ones at the hotel/hostel. the rooms are cold, "hospital-ish", uncomfortable and quite ugly. anyhow, we stayed here for ... hollyyo, a user of Tripadvisor. This was a great travel experience. I'm a 26 year old American Female and have never stayed at a hostel before. On first glance, this place didn't seem so bad - the bathrooms were a bit dirty but the rooms were clean (if basic - just beds, no tables or anywhere to hang clothes) and the staff seemed reasonably friendly. We have booked a private twin room, and i was scared about all the comment I have seen in tripadvisor befor leaving, but at least the hostel is very good : the place is clean (i was on the seventh floor) and the bathroom was checked 2 times a day, so for a good price I had what i need , A PLACE N...
