1st room only 9' by 8' (2m by 2.5m) for 2 people - and there are lots like this.

Not for families!

No frills, but no complaints

... for 4 days at the Comfort Inn in Brooklyn. This is a fairly basic property. It's clean, the rooms are small, had a nice continental (plus) breakfast.
