They swear to me that when I used the credit card at the first day was just a pre-approval process and they need to use the credit card again to charge the value of the room. more on TravelPost.com

We chose this hotel as it had amazingly low rates, and had been given 3* rating, which didn't seem bad compared to the waldorf only being 4*. however, we have since seen it advertised as 1* on another site. more on TravelPost.com
