Although I was lucky enough to get one helpful front desk person, you can hardly ever get a real person on the phone number stated, a bell person was horrible that my phone call was transfered to rooms before finishing my sentence, he doesn't know how to connect line to different departments, instead I got hang up. more on TravelPost.com
