Chic apartments at the UN's doorstep!

I never stay anywhere else when I visit NYC. I have always felt at home staying at The Alex, the staff are lovely as is the ambience and modernist decor. Small and very overrated...

I agree with the previous reviews - so I won't go on and on about how small and strange this hotel is. We went to NYC for 4 nights for the Auto Show. We were booked in a "deluxe 2 bedroom suite" for $675 a night. We were extremely disappointed with the room. The bedrooms were almost too small for... cancercaregiver, a user of Tripadvisor.
