Great Location, Terrible Service
My husband and I stayed in The Muse for 6 nights in early May. On the positive side, the hotel is in a fantastic location. Times Square, Theatre District, Visitors Centre and public transportation are all within easy walking distance. The free drinks each afternoon were great and the inclusive toiletries were of a good quality (unlike most hotels). On the negative side, we'd requested a non-smoking room and got a smoking room.
