We stayed here because of the location and the room was clean and adequate. The hotel is POORLY run. We arrived at 11:30pm and there was nobody at the desk. We needed a basic hotel room for a two night stay while visiting the area. We chose the Courtyard Newburgh because it had a suite that could accommodate our entire family and was conveniently located.
