My family and I stayed at the Pearl River , NY Hilton for my sister's wedding that was located about 20 minutes away from the hotel. Nice setting. Decent rooms. The downfall, however, is the general manager down to the staff. No warm fuzzies here. No one seems to enjoy the job very much here, and its no wonder.
