The Ugly:-If it rains, it gets super muddy.-Clean up after yourself here (trash, recyclables, etc). more on TripAdvisor

It's a short walk to Esopus Creek and a short drive to downtown Phoenicia, which has a few shops and places to eat that are worth checking out. more on TripAdvisor
