Very comfortable

I had a very pleasant stay at the Chequit last summer while recovering from back surgery. They sent a van to meet me at the ferry and everyone was helpful. My room was compact (read tiny!) but comfortable and had a private bathroom. The walls are a little thin in the Summer House but not unbearab... archaeology, a user of Tripadvisor. Mixed feelings

I stayed in one of the ground flloor, front facing summer cottage rooms. It was very clean, all white and had plentry of towels. The summer cottage rooms do not have AC, which I don't mind and actually prefer to sleep with a window open (and the ceiling fan worked very well) but, the big problem ... havjoy, a user of Tripadvisor. When we arrived our credit card was immediately asked and debited, without any smile nor welcome words. We receive the key and ciao... Metrass + base completely out.
