- converted motel is located right off route 39 which takes you into southampton (and ultimately leads to route 27 aka montauk hig more on TripAdvisor
- hotel features a nice, clean pool that we pretty much had to ourselves during our stay more on TripAdvisor

- great atmosphere, it doesnt feel rushed and touristy so you can sit in the garden and read without someone trying to sign you up more on TripAdvisor

- by cabanas that are great for laying on, during the night these become tables for the night club for bottle service more on TripAdvisor
- newly renovated because the beds have nice down comforters and pillows, but that is the extent of it more on TripAdvisor
