nice place to eat but I wouldn't want to stay there agin!!

Great location, still needs ton of work

From reviews, we knew what to expect . . . still getting an efficiency room on the water in Greenport is what we wanted for my husband and two children, ages 8 & 12. Been back, again and again...

Troubles & Problems

We had a very large room with a sundeck, but unfortunatley could only hear the construction at the inn rather than the roar of the ocean. Also could hear the constant sound of cars passing at 50 miles/hour outside our door. Had to change the key to the room 3 times since the lock was troublesome....
