1.0: Filthy and disgusting!

Upon our arrival at the apartment, which is situated in a seedy part of the town with overflowing garbage bins in front of the house, we immediately noticed several things wrong. One of the kitchen barstools was broken and the entire seat fell off when touched. It was removed and we were not given a replacement. The lightswitch dial for the living room was broken. The windows and windowsills were smeared and grimy.There was a closed mousetrap with mousedroppings in one corner of the living room. All the lamps were covered in thick cobwebs.
