I vistited twice now on a School trip with a bunch of kids the staff was great and understanding and very patient, I have told people that this is a great place to stay I would definately return even on a family vacation the rooms were clean and staff was great and very friendly. more on TravelPost.com

first things first....i rented a smoking room which we all know doesn't always smell the greatest however there should not be quarter sized cigarette holes in all the bed spreads. more on TripAdvisor
