Multiple problems with this hotel and would never go back: 1) the staff quoted me one price on the phone and billed me another the morning after I stayed. When I complained, they showed me a handout at the desk that has prices. With all the NY taxes added it was $14 more than they had quaoted me! 3.0: Good Hotel with Minor defects

The hotel was pretty much fine. It was in the middle of nowhere and we should have just gotten a hotel right in the Albany area. Maybe the Best Western by the Airport, then we would have been directly in the middle of everything, but we figured that if it was in the middle of nowhere that it would be cheaper. Not the case. We reserved ahead of time. I had called earlier in the week to check the prices and they told me $80 for a standard room for the weekend dates that we were looking for.
