Okay but not Great

My family and I stayed here in a 2-bedroom apartment for one month in September, 2004. That was almost 6 months ago, so hopefully it has improved since then. Positive points: 2 blocks from the White Plains train station (30 minute express ervice to Grand Central in Manhattan) and across the stree... Yoritomo, a user of Tripadvisor.
