The room had several problems: little heat, little hot water, broken t.v., airplane noise overhead, etc. Stafff had to be called to fix things which they did satisfactorily. We have stayed at the Clarion over a dozen times in the last five years, and it is a good hotel to spend the night. The hotel is a little out of date, and could use some upgrades, but overall is OK.
