We just spent two nights at the Monte Vista and loved it. It was very clean, and the manager did leave the key for us at the front desk with our name attached. I stayed at the Monte Vista Inn twice. The lst time was in l995 and the second trip was in l997, I think. I know my second trip that the hotel was in the midst of renovvations. My wife and I have been guests there many times over the years and went away quite pleased with the conditions of the hotel. As far as the food goes, Monta Vista has repeatedly received raving reviews in the Ford Times. On more than one occasion we have found the staff more than accomodaing. True...
