Historic" = Dilapidated
Old hotel that desperately needs renovation. Everything is rundown, from the peeling paint, to the 1960's light fixtures to the ancient, yellowing sheets. Also, got a number of bedbug bites during the night. Pool was filled with what appeared to be swamp water, and our half of the hotel reeked of... buccaneerdrew, a user of Tripadvisor. Prehistoric Inn!!!!

Loved our reunion stay at the Green Park Inn
We had a family reunion at the Green Park Inn last weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice, altho they were not as technically equipped as say, the Holiday Inn. Historic Hotel Needs Major Renovations!
This hotel is beautiful and historic - on the outside. The inside is quite a different story. Beautiful furniture in our room, but that was about the highlight. A Special Place in Time
My friend and I recently spent a night at this wonderful inn. We had read some of the reviews that were less than flattering. Ignore them. No, this is not the Marriott.
