Horrible attitude!

The front desk clerk here was the rudest we have ever encountered. When we asked to see the owners and explained how we felt, we were told too bad. Please don't go here
I hesitated before doing this review, as popularity may interfere with our next visit. We've stayed here 5 times at different times of the year as a central meeting place to get together with friends and have never been disappointed.
