Our room was comfortable, spacious, and had two beds, a king and a double (full)....and a very comfortable easy chair. more on TripAdvisor

Fayetteville is also a town of B grade hotels that get a lot of abuse (except they do have a new Courtyard and a Hilton Garden Inn, but they are way over-priced). more on TripAdvisor
