- front desk staff were extremely nice and accomodating more on Tripadvisor
- had a problem with a clogged toilet but the staff brought us a plunger and it was fixed right away more on Tripadvisor

- I enjoyed the occasional dog passing through the hall, I can assure you the dogs were not lingering or bothersome in any way more on Tripadvisor
