gravely disappointed

This time share was booked through RCI as a partial week from June 15-20, 2007. Unit was a one bdrm, one bathroom, and partial kitchen. Unit was run down, dirty and in poor repair. Very dissapointed

We stayed at the barrier island unit through a friend of a friend who was pretty much giving away a free week of their timeshare. The unit was very very dated. nice location, but outdated and neglected resort

Stayed at Barrier Island with my parents. Freezer never worked on the refridgerator. Staff did keep our coolers full of ice. Water leaked down one of the windows one evening and made a huge mess on the floor. The water slowed down but never stopped. Our annual week at BIS

We've been to BIS for 17 yrs now for our timeshare week in early September. Our unit was clean with a new TV since last year. It could use new couches as they are very uncomfortable. We recently pruchased a week at this resort sight unseen throught ebay! We were very happy with our purchase. Everything was in good working order, place was clean and tidy.
