The loaction is in the good neighborhood. The rooms were of pretty decent size, neat and clean. Only thing needed was racks to place the baggage or siuit cases. It is value for the money. We stayed at two hotels in different towns this trip and the Homewood Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport was the clear winner on this trip, by a mile. Great location between Raleigh and Durham.
