Horrible Service

We had a Duke guest stay at the hotel. They had lost the reservation credit card form we faxed them in advance with Duke's account information, so I had to use my own credit card, or they wouldn't let the guest stay. No apologies for Expedia's goof
Everything was fine until Expedia sent the wrong information to the hotel about my extended reservation. That led to an hour messing around trying to get an email confirmation, none of which was the hotel's fault. But they were completely indifferent to the trouble that it was causing me. Poor Business Choice Not a Good Value
This hotel was a complete disappointment. It took more than 20 minutes to check me in because they could not find my Travel agent resevation.
