Never again. Well Maybe?

I asked for an early check-in when I made the reservation. Reply was "No Problem". Got there at 2pm, and was told room wouldn't be ready until 4pm. Room was small, TV was small. would not honor travelocity rate

Very basic room, although clean. The beds were hard. When I went to check out they had overcharged me, the front desk clerk could not change the rate, was told only the owner could do that. Disappointing
