The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. We were assigned a room, had a problem with plumbing, and were able to easily be moved to another room. I stayed here the evening of 8/24/07. It is a well maintained property and hotel, the desk staff (Tina) was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.
