Amerisuites is poorly maintained and rheir staff responds slowly to problems. We had asked for a non-smoking room and we were told it was even though when we went into the room 612 it stunk from smoking. I recently made a 2 night reservation at this property. At NO TIME repeat NO TIME was I advised of a two night minimum stay policy. I needed to change the reservation to one night and I was advised by their 800 number that the property manager could authorize this.
