3.0: Great little town with lots to do

If you like golf and the outdoors, this is a great area to stay. Also, many sightseeing spots such as Chimney Rock where they filmed Last of the Mohicans and Grandfather Mountain. 1.0: Stay away - run down

We had reservations to stay here based on the previous review and pictures on internet. It's obviously not been kept up since then. It's a rental location for local people, the grounds are run down.
