My reasons for giving only an average rating are this: Though clean and comfortable with a moderately good full breakfast, it needs a little sprucing up. more on TripAdvisor

I toured the upstairs, and most rooms were roomy and nice, though I would agree that the third floor would be miserable in summertime. more on TripAdvisor
