They don't define Quality!
Quality-Having a high degree of excellence. unfortunately here at the "Quality" Inn we did not have this high degree of excellence. When we made this reservation we were told we would be getting a newly remodeled room and an outside working pool. When we arrived here things looked a little sketch... hoyner, a user of Travelpost.
