Extremely Disappointed

We booked this hotel for our 24th anniversary and were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival their was no one to greet us or was there an offer of assistance with our baggage. Very Bad Hotel Serivices

A few months ago, my husband and I made a confirmed, guaranteed reservation, well in advance. When we arrived, (30 minutes before check-in), we were told that our room had been given away.
