Very accomodating and efficient hotel staff...needed a quick cab...the staff jumped in and planned it..assured us it would be on time and that we could stay in our room till it arrived...the decor of this Hyatt was really modern...the room was also very comforting...only thing missing here was a wet bar...the couch and TV were so inviting we almost didn't want to go our to our event...lol more on MyTravelGuide
