Dirty room ,rude help

... in a deluxe room and were shocked at the filthy bathroom. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years .The bed was lumpy and the sheets threadbare.The walls are so thin that we could hear every word said in the next room ... IIf weather is bad don't go!!!

... arrived the fog was so thick you could not see 2 feet in front of your face. There were only 5 TV stations and no phones in the rooms. We had to go to the parking lot to use our cell phones.
