I got a smoking room in spite of my request. Non-smoking floors may be better, but the entire 2nd floor smelled like a ash tray. Air Conditioner was also broken on the 2nd floor common areas. This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt secure there because they were prompt, courteous, and had well kept rooms. The dining service was great also. Staff was very nice, well mannered. This place is very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very professional in attitude. The rooms are pretty basic.
