Horrible Customer service-treated like a number...................next!

Use a debt card and you'll have a terrible stay.
I'll cut right to the chase. This hotel gave my girlfriend and I a terrible weekend They charged me $217 on top of the cost of the package deal we got as a "authorization fee" because I used a debt card. Pleasantly suprised
I have to say I was very nervous going to this hotel after reading all the bad reviews. I was however, pleasantly suprised. We stayed in the family deluxe suite and it worked out great. Upon arrival at motel there were 8 people at the Front desk complaining about service. First had special reservations and was to be in their room at noon. I arrived at 4pm. Great Place for Kids
I took my eight year old nephew for a 2-night stay to visit the theme park, and our package included tickets, parking and 2 breakfast buffets. Hotel has an indoor pool, which is a little on the small side, plus a mini golf and two arcades , which the kids loved. A bar and grill on site provided a... Merge onto the OH-237N ramp toward I-71/Cleveland/I-480. Merge onto Berea Freeway. Merge onto I-480E toward I-480E/Youngstown. Keep left to take US-422E/Exit 26 toward I-27N/Erie/Warren.
