My check in experience was not good. Even though I made reservations with ESA at 3808 Orange Place, the clerk tried repeatedly to send me to Homestead Beach. My wife and I stayed one night in the Extended Stay America on Saturday August 11. I was surprised on check in that I needed to pay for my stay in advance. This is a first for me in 40 years of staying at hotels. The room had a kitchen which was nice to keep oj in the refridge, but a previous occupant had done a great deal of cooking, mexican I believe, and the room smelled of ...
