The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped me find the nearest eateries which were walking distance away from the property, and I also found out-though not really interesting to me, that I was staying in the highest town in the state of Ohio and that it wa also the home of the worlds first concrete street-I checked it out, the concrete street is now actually used as a parking lot, but it would be cool if you were interested in the American historic stuff. more on Yahoo!
