Is usually better
We have gone to this hotel many times in the past and have always gotten great service before. This particular visit there were 2 family reunions taking place at the hotel, and it was very crowded and noisy, not to mention the service and upkeep struggling to take care of everything. ... Great place for people with kids
I'm very happy with the accomodations at Embassy suites. We were here to go to King's Island and visit friends in the area. It was close enough to the park to come back during the day for a break and go back later. Breakfast was a plus too! Hotel atrium was especially nice, it has a stream with f... Very efficient staff, and place is clean. They had security staff wandering around 24/7 which kept down ruckus and was comforting.
