3.0: Much improved since earlier reviews

Having read the previous reviews (notice that the latest one was posted in March 2007 based on an October 2006 stay), I was horrified to learn that my Hotwire 2-star hotel was the Best Western Cambridge. In fact I called Hotwire to express my extreme concern, particularly because we planned to have kids with us, and would be arriving late at night. Everything I had read indicated that this could not be a 2-star hotel. The Hotwire rep, after looking at the Trip Advisor reviews, seemed concerned and put me on hold.
