We chose this hotel because we usually have good experiences with Best Western. We left after less than ten minutes and have not received the promised refunded charge despite calls to the hotel and corporate headquarters.

Having read the previous reviews (notice that the latest one was posted in March 2007 based on an October 2006 stay), I was horrified to learn that my Hotwire 2-star hotel was the Best Western Cambridge.
