So so hotel.

Hall ways were dark. Wall paper pealing in hallways and elevator. Looks like any money they put in this hotel was only in the lobby. Loved Terrace
We absolutely loved this hotel. The employees were very helpful. It was our first trip to Cincy and the valet was happy to assist us with directions.
