3.0: Beautiful hotel, less than stunning experience.

The Hyatt at the Arcade is located in a fantastically gorgeous shopping mall built in the 1890s; intricate gold toned railings, interior promenade, the works. Our experience there, however, was less than superior although not horrible. We pulled up to the hotel and were approached by a valet; we like to access our car frequently and do not like to use valet services (not due to the cost but rather the fact that we like to park our own car) so we declined.
