If you have to stay in Cleveland, this is the place. Look for the bargain prices because at north of 279 there are better deals in equally pleasant hotels in tower city area. Ritz-Carlton did not disappoint

Wife and I recently stayed one night. From previous reviews, we were not expecting the typical R-C standard of comfort/amenities/etc. But we were pleasantly surprised! The Ritz-Carlton Clevland pales in comparison to other fine hotels I have stayed in. First of all, my bed was not soft enough and the cable television only had 100 channels.
