THINK TWICE!!
First, I made reservations directly with property a month ahead, they assured they would have 2 queen beds and a smoking room. I get to the hotel first no have no self service parking only valet for 22 a day, then when I go to check in they have NO smoking or NO rooms with 2 queen beds. So afte... By A Yahoo! In all, the experience was pretty good. The parking was my only complaint. We had two cars in our party. One paid the 22.00 for valet parking. The other car parked across the street for 7. Great hotel - recently renovated - but with some quirks
I have stayed here a lot over the past year and I am happy that Columbus has this hotel. They really do try to provide some good service. I am always able to check in early (before 11am) and they do it with a smile. Sometimes though, the staff is a little awkward or rehearsed but you know they ar...
