Above all my room was nice and clean and my stay was alright, but if I had to deal with that young lady at the front desk again,I would find a different hotel in the area. more on Travelocity.com

Subsequently, I called the Super 8 Customer Service Department, who took the info and sent a flush letter in about a week, saying only the hotel manger could resolve this issue. more on Yahoo! Travel
