took forever to get checked in after a long drive. And we were the only ones being checked in. Very noisy! Also, our room was right beside an outside door which kept slamming throughout the night. chose to stay here after reading a recommendation on tripadvisor. This has to be the worst possible place I have ever stayed. We checked in late, and were spoken to through a security hatch. 7.0: They accommodated us very well during a horrible snow storm when many travelers were stranded. They were still very nice and understanding. They knew about where we could get meals in the area.
