They did refund my money for the stay but that also took some convincing and authorization from the management that never seemed to be around. more on TripAdvisor

I asked the security guy what to do and he said wait until Monday. more on Yahoo! Travel

If you stay for a week, your linen is changed and room cleaned only once a week. more on TripAdvisor
